Martha's was a pleasant stay for us. Clean with all amenities listed in the description. It felt roomier than it appears in photos and did not feel crowded with eight people. Price was very reasonable vs comparables. Close to several eateries and retail stores, several within walking distance. We didn't need to contact the host until departure, but when I sent the checkout notice, Randy responded quickly. We didn't have any complaints, but I'll be sending the owner a few suggestions. Even with the suggestions, none would detract from a five star review. If in town, we would attempt to book Martha's again. A great place with great hosts.
