The unit was clean and safe and in walking distance of many places. The fridge stocked with water was a nice surprise! We would stay here again when we visit Aggieland.

You know, I didn’t realize how many times we’ve rented from this super host. But the fact is I continue to pick their places to stay and I continue to be impressed by the excellent condition The houses are always in. They’re always fully stocked always a lot of towels, always extra amenities that you’re not expecting to have and it makes you feel right at home. It’s clear that these are Aggies. God bless them. This location was really great for move in day! Super close and very helpful especially with my brother needing more help with his fractured toe. Best place honestly, I would say just make sure to have a smaller car as garage is smaller but still easy to enter (I used a Ford Ranger). Aside from that, apartment was super cute from inside and very homey! My mom commented that this was ideal and would have wanted to rent out more! Recommend highly for move in day and even closeness to the university.
